Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we accept the returns within 7 days of receipt for non-customized products that have not been used.

Returns & Exchanges
1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. 
4. The refund will be returned to the original account you used to make the payment.

Return Conditions
1. The product will be carefully inspected before shipping. If you find that the product is damaged or has other quality problems when you receive the package, please contact us within 3 days after delivery.
Note: Colors may vary slightly or not, from what you see on your monitor with the actual piece. Color difference is not a quality problem.
Products with dyeing work may vary slightly because of the manual dyeing process.
The color difference may be because of monitor resolution or picture tube variances.
2. Except for quality problems, if you would like to return or exchange an unused and non-customized item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: engraved products, customized products, products that have been used, clearance products, free gifts, and other items with non-returnable marks.
4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-LIKE-THE-BOX products.
8. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Return Address
1. Please contact our customer service within the specified time after receiving the products to obtain the return instructions and address.
2. Please do not return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
